Shipping
All orders placed before 12 am UTC +1 workdays are normally sent out the same day. All orders are processed at our distribution center at VIM B.V. in Holland.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK and 100 EUR.
Our shipping costs for orders under 999 SEK and 99 EUR vary depending on which country the order is placed from. Please see detailed list for shipping costs below.

Delivery to Sweden:
- All orders to Sweden are being shipped with Post Nord.
- Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.
- You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.
- Our suggestion is to download the Post Nord application on your phone. If you not have the application, you will get notifications by text message instead.
Delivery outside Sweden:
- All orders outside Sweden are being shipped with DPD.
- Normal delivery time is 2-6 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.
- You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.
- When the package is ready to be picked up a text message will be sent with information to the mobile phone number specified in the order. Upon return of item to be valid identification document is required.
Taxes and duties:
The prices listed on www.cross-sportswear.com include value added tax (VAT 25%) for all orders within Europe. Orders are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
Unclaimed packages / Shipments
Packages that have not been collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Cross Sportswear. If this happens, you are charged a fee of 250 SEK for costs related to Cross Sportswear administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not subject to rights of regret (Ångerrätten).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received the order.

Return process:
If you wish to return your order for a refund, it’s very easy, just follow the steps below. If you need help to return the order, please do not hesitate to email webshop@cross-sportswear.com. Note that for your return to be accepted, products returned must be in original condition, packed in original packaging with all hangtags and labels attached.
For orders within Sweden:
Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.
Step 2. Put the Return Form together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.
Step 3. Attach the self-adhesive return label, which will be included with your order, and take the parcel to your nearest Post Nord service point drop off.
For orders within EU:
Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.
