We also have individual size charts for almost all of our products in order to easier help you find the right size.
Please note that the size charts are product measurements and not body measurements.
First, contact the store where you have bought the product. If you have bought your product online, please take a photo of the faulty product and send an email to our Customer Service at webshop@cross-sportswear.com. Please insert your order number.
Sometimes you are lucky, sign up for "Notify me if the product gets back in stock" and you will get a notification if the product is back on stock.
Your order
All orders placed before 10 am UTC +1 workdays are normally sent out the same day. All orders are processed at our distribution center at VIM B.V. in Holland.
Delivery to Sweden
All orders to Sweden are being shipped with Post Nord.Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.Our suggestion is to download the Post Nord application on your phone. If you not have the application, you will get notifications by text message instead.
Delivery outside Sweden
All orders outside Sweden are being shipped with DPD. Normal delivery time is 2-6 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email. You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.When the package is ready to be picked up a text message will be sent with information to the mobile phone number specified in the order. Upon return of the item to be valid identification document is required.
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will get a tracking link. If you have not received an email within four (4) days from your order day, please contact us at webshop@cross-sportswear.com
30 days return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received your order.
Return fee
Sweden: Please note that we have a return fee of 49 sek that will be deducted one processing the return.
Rest of Europe: Please note that we have a return fee of €5 that will be deducted once processing the return.
Return process:
If you wish to return an item from your order or your entire order, it is very easy. Just follow the steps below:
- Start the return process by entering our return system.
- Register your return by typing your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
- Click on CONTINUE.
- Select the item you wish to return by clicking on RETURN (if you wish to start a claim, please click on CLAIM instead).
- Fill in the necessary information on the return page for that product and then click on RETURN.
- If you would like to return more then one product, please repeat step 4 and 5.
- Once done proceed to the bottom of the page and click on NEXT.
- Review your return and if everything is correct click on SUBMIT.
- You will now receive an email with the return label (does not apply if you made a claim, then we will contact you), please print the return label, put it on the outside of your package and head to your local service point and hand in your package.
- Sweden and Finland: You will receive a return label from Postnord, therefore please go to a Postnord service point.
- Rest of Europe: You will receive a return label from DPD, therefore please go to a DPD service point.
Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed from the package arriving at our warehouse.

Absolutely! You have the same return rights for all items you order from us.
We don’t have an exchange service, but of course you are welcome to make a return and then place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange.

Unfortunately do we only offer the service in Stockholm, Sweden at the moment.
Preferably via Swish.
You don’t have to worry, just leave the gear at our office in Stockolm and we will take care of it. If you are interested to buy the jacket or pants, the rental fee will be detected from the original price.
