How long is the expected delivery time?
All orders placed before 10 am UTC +1 workdays are normally sent out the same day. All orders are processed at our distribution center at VIM B.V. in Holland.
Delivery to Sweden
All orders to Sweden are being shipped with Post Nord.Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.Our suggestion is to download the Post Nord application on your phone. If you not have the application, you will get notifications by text message instead.
Delivery outside Sweden
All orders outside Sweden are being shipped with DPD.Normal delivery time is 2-6 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.You will get updates regarding your order from the time you’ve placed it.When the package is ready to be picked up a text message will be sent with information to the mobile phone number specified in the order. Upon return of item to be valid identification document is required.
